ZUMBA –
The latest craze to keep fit is Zumba dancing, and if it’s right up your street you’ll be pleased to know the majority of Gym and Dance Studios offer these fun classes. As well as the aforementioned The Edge, Virgin Active and The Dance Studio, you can also try your hand at Zumba at Esporta and the Headingley Dance Centre, among others (there are over 1000 Zumba classes in the Leeds region!)
